Sampled on 01/10/2015

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Citrusy with mandarin orange zestyness and celery-like aromas (perhaps angelica seeds) with faint black pepper.

Taste:

Fresh and dry with balanced juniper, citrus/orangy ripeness, liquorice, angelica, nutmeg and refreshing citrus acidity.

Aftertaste:

Dry, citrusy finish with lingering pine and camphor juniper.

Overall:

A classically styled, juniper forward London dry gin with zesty citrus and underlying liquorice.
