Review and Tasting

Sampled on 25/02/2012

Appearance:

Clear light amber.

Aroma:

Hoppy, pine nose with mineral aromas of grapefruit zest and fresh mussels.

Taste:

Just enough hoppy notes to give a bitter bite but far from IPA levels. Wonderfully balanced with a refreshing burst of pink grapefruit citrus.

Aftertaste:

Zesty grapefruit is more evident in the cleansing finish. This lager is no lout.
