In the 19th century Bols made a coffee liqueur called ‘Huile de Moka’. Today Bols Coffee liqueur is made by steeping and then percolating Colombian coffee beans and cacao beans in a rum distillate. The Master Distiller blends these percolations with more of the rum distillate and some vanilla.
