Appearance:

Clear, golden amber with medium white head.

Aroma:

Clen wonderfully cider apple note with an appealing whiff of white wine vinegar and a woodiness that can only be described as the inside of an English antique wardrobe.

Taste:

Bitter sweet farmhouse cider.

Aftertaste:

Crispy red apple skin with subtle woody tannins, the merest hint of cinnamon spice and lasting dry flintiness.
