Clear, tawny brown.

Honey and burnt crème brûlée with cinnamon spice.

Slightly spicy, honeyed and sweet with hints of maple syrup and pine sap, but not cloying due to citrus-like balancing bite.

Spiced honey with lingering sweetness.
