Review and Tasting

Sampled on 18/09/2012

Appearance:

Clear (faint chill haze), coppery amber with a one finger thick which head which quickly dissipates to thick ring of foam and thin surface foam.

Aroma:

Suprisingly subtle malty nose with hops and ginger presenting as one unified aroma.

Taste:

Ginger is very evident but this is beer first rather than ‘ginger beer’. Very slight sweet pale malts balance dry steely hops.

Aftertaste:

Lingering hop notes with faint ginger. A very adult ginger beer or perhaps that should be ‘beer ginger’.
