Appearance:

Translucent pale honey colour with orange flecks.

Aroma:

A mixture of stewed apple, rhubarb and ginger with minimal fresh notes. Apricot skin, apple blossom.

Taste:

Citric acid, subtle stewed ginger, delicate orange flavours, tart stewed rhubarb, bitterness similar to a cooking apple

Aftertaste:

Bitterness from the tea talons, left with citrus feel whilst all the fruit flavours dissipate.
