As the name suggests, this Taiwanese single malt has been aged in a American oak ex-bourbon cask. No age statement but said to be just three years old.

Appearance:
(cask No. B080519088) Clear, mid to deep golden.
Aroma:
Classic ex-bourbon cask vanilla and coconut with bourbon-like buttery woody pencil shavings.
Taste:
Sweet with balancing pronounced woodyness, very reminiscent of bourbon, with generous vanilla, apple and pear fruit spiced with cinnamon.
Aftertaste:
Vanilla and woody burnt caramel. Reminiscent of a blend of Speyside scotch malt and bourbon.
