Launched in October 2012, Vinni is a sparkling drink based on Moscato wine and designed to be served over ice. Basically a pre-mixed Spritz this capitalises on the trend towards pre-mixed drinks and the popularity of cider served over ice.

Appearance:

Clear, pale straw yellow with a faint green tinge. Slowly developing large bubble carbonation which produces a white head as poured but this immediately dissipates.

Aroma:

Rose petal, lychee and white peach. Faint soapy note.

Taste:

Slightly sweet, elderflower and rose, white peach and lychee with sweetness balanced by citric acidity.

Aftertaste:

Very floral elderflower and rose finish. A spritz for the masses – discerning drinkers are better ‘spritzing’ their own choice wine.
