This is a Saison style old brown ale is made with Kent and Hallertau hops at Brasserie de Silly, located by the River Sylle in Belgium and is one of the brewery’s first beers dating back to that late 1800s.

Appearance:

Cloudy, deep amber with thin white head.

Aroma:

Herbal, rotting acidic fruit and caramel.

Taste:

Acidic, stewed fruit and caramel.

Aftertaste:

Earthy, metallic acidic fruit with caramel.
