Made from golden rye grown in Poland's Podlasie region. The rye is 1st pressure-cooked to create a mash which is left to ferment for 3 days, then distilled using a four column process. At Chopin's bottling plant in nearby Siedlce, the spirit is hydrated with artesian well water and filtered 5 times

Launched in March 2011, Chopin Rye is distinguished by its red neck label and screw cap and like other Chopin vodkas is packaged in a frosted bottle bearing the image of composer Frederic Chopin.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

White pepper, barbeque charcoal and crusty rye bread and rye dough.

Taste:

Superbly clean and initially sweet with delicately spicy cracked black pepper with subtle sweet rye bread and charcoal.

Aftertaste:

Cracked black pepper and rye bread.
