Review and Tasting


Sampled on 03/12/2012

Appearance:

(sample best before Feb-14) Clear copper amber with one finger creamy white head and good lacing.

Aroma:

Toasty malt and honey with some citrus.

Taste:

Lightly bitter with toasty malt and honey. Slightly metallic citrusy hops.

Aftertaste:

Dry and hoppy with lingering grassy bitterness.
