Appearance:
Clear, deep bronze with burnished copper highlights.
Aroma:
Christmas cake, candied dried fruit and prunes with saffron and gingerbread.
Taste:
Dry woody and spicy with tannins lifted by honeyed dried and candied fruit. Zesty orange oils with cinnamon and nutmeg spice.
Aftertaste:
Fruit cake, spicy oak (cinnamon and nutmeg) with delicate citrus zest.
