Appearance:

(best before Nov-13) Cloudy, coppery amber with almost no head.

Aroma:

Banquette crust, cedar wood and bread pudding with plump sultanas and faint cinnamon stick.

Taste:

Earthy, bitter-sour lemon and grapefruit with slight bready malt sweetness.

Aftertaste:

Lingering metallic and spruce hops.
