Appearance

Clear, deep bronze amber.

Aroma

Plums, stewed fruit and liquorice with cigar box wood and tobacco. Honey and mocha coffee with faint note of boatyard varnish.

Wonderfully fruity – plums, fruitcake and stewed fruit. Slight candied fruit and honeyed sweetness, zesty mandarin citrus and refined nutty and spiced oak.

Aftertaste

Long, toasty oak, stewed fruit and gingerbread spiced finish.
