Some particles, deep golden amber.

Aroma:

Golden syrup and treacle with light apple, apple blossom and quince. Very faint dark chocolate.

Dry, bitter tannins with a disjointed sweet honey note which fails to harmonise with the nutmeg and toffee.

Aftertaste:

Tannins and black pepper characterise the dry finish.
