Appearance:
Clear, coppery amber with flecks of burgundy and burnished copper.
Aroma:
Enticingly fruity - stewed fruit and fresh orchard fruit with vanilla and nose tingling cinnamon.
Taste:
Big, fruity and satisfying. Dried and stewed fruit , generous vanilla, maple syrup and dry maple wood.
Aftertaste:
Stewed fruit, maple wood and cinnamon spice with faint vegetal and pistachio notes.
