Review and Tasting

Sampled on 23/03/2013

Appearance:

Clear, mid golden amber.

Aroma:

Apple, pear and leather with a hint of varnish and lavender.

Taste:

Apple and pear fruit dried with very light woody notes. So appley that its reminiscent of a young Calavados. Young but very elegant.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering stewed pear and spice. Delightfully not what you’d expect of an Armagnac.
