As with many Dalmore releases, Valour is named to commemorate the Mackenzie Clan’s ancestor saving King Alexander from a charging stag in 1263. This triple wood matured malt is initially aged in a mix of first-fill ex-bourbon casks and 30 year old oloroso sherry butts, then finished in Port pipes.

Launched in March 2013 as a travel retail exclusive.
