Appearance:

Light coppery golden amber.

Aroma:

Grapey, broken plant stems (smells like lees), almond and vanilla with a hint of liquorice.

Taste:

Very spicy, fresh grape must with cinnamon, liquorice and nutmeg. Muscular tannins.

Aftertaste:

Liquorice, fresh mint and burnt toast.
