Category: Mixto Blanco
Product of: Mexico
Mexico is well-known for its tequila, and in recent years also gun crime and shootings, so it’s perhaps not surprising that someone thought to combine the two with this revolver-shaped bottle of mixto tequila. The name commemorates the Mexican revolutionary hero, Pancho Villa (‘Sons of Villa’).

Pungent agave with wet cement and white pepper spice.
Powerful, black pepper spice masks more subtle agave notes.
Herbaceous with lingering black pepper spice. You’re probably not buying this gimmick for the perceived quality of the tequila inside, but there’s much worse.
