Appearance:

Clear, mid golden amber.

Aroma:

Very subdued, dried fruit and fruitcake.

Taste:

Slightly sweet, wonderfully mellow and beautifully balanced with vanilla, dark chocolate and maple.

Aftertaste:

Delicate spice emerges in the long finish.
