Distilled in 1988 at Glenrothes and aged 25 years. This single cask was bottled in 2013 yielding 660 bottles (released in April 2013). Ginger Spice is part of a range of single cask malts from Wemyss (prounced 'weems') with names also inspired by each whisky's flavour.

Clear, golden amber.
Classic biscuity cereal, slightly oily Glenrothes with apple and pear fruit and delicate candied ginger spice.
Warm ginger and cracked black pepper spice over a sweet fruity cereal malt base.
Ginger spiced burnt toast.
