Review and Tasting

Sampled on 26/06/2013

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Vanilla rubbed nubuck leather, linseed oil, lemon, freshly sawn oak and putty with faint ripe pear and ever so delicate nutmeg and cinnamon spice.

Taste:

Much spicier on the palate than the nose suggests with cinnamon and nutmeg cutting through herbal, leathery oiliness with citrus to freshen and invigorate.

Aftertaste:

Spice is tamed but ever present throughout the dry, herbal, putty-like linseed influenced finish.
