Spirited Toffee Apple was launched in September as the Sourz limited edition flavour for 2013. The new flavour and its bespoke bottle design were chosen by many of Sourz 519,000 Facebook fans, over 1300 unique votes were counted.

Appearance:

Clear, cherry red.

Aroma:

Reminiscent of pink bubblicious gum. Green apple skin, cherries and vanilla fudge.

Taste:

Very sweet green apple skin and cherry fruitiness with sherbet and citric acid sourness.

Aftertaste:

Green apple and ripe cherry with lingering citric acidity. Hard to take too seriously but should be admired for inducing childhood memories of confectionary. For its audience such memories are not too distant.
