This virtually colourless version of Noilly Prat is especially formulated for American Martini drinkers. It is generally lighter in style, without the oak maturation of Noilly Prat Blanc Original Dry.

Other than the lack of barrel aging, is made with the same wines and botanical flavourings as original Noilly.

Launched in 1979 and then discontinued in 2009. Specific to the American market it was re-launched late in 2012.

Appearance:

Very pale, straw – almost translucent.

Aroma:

Very delicate and floral with camomile, bergamot, apple blossom, white grape must and faint overripe peach skin. Cleansing minerality with wafts of salty sea air.

Dry, lightly acidic and floral with delicate apricot, orange zest and very faint clove spice.

Aftertaste:

Delicate spice lingers with white fruit and grapey notes. Faint saltyness.
