Review and Tasting

Sampled on 05/08/2013

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Grainy, cereal with faint perfume, cucumber and honey.

Taste:

Slightly sweet, mild chilli pepper with cracked black pepper and honey.

Aftertaste:

Long black pepper and sweet chill pepper heat. The pepper is flavoursome rather than hot with delicate sweetness taming the mild heat that’s left. Best used as the base for a spicy Bloody Mary.
