Review and Tasting

Sampled on 12/08/2013

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Nutty, forest floor angelica root notes shine with piny juniper very subdued. Custard cream biscuit/cookie, faint floral parma violet and cold stewed tea (perhaps orris root) with zesty orange and black-pepper spice. Parma violet aroma is amplified with a slash of water.

Taste:

Soft, silky mouthfeel with faint sweetness. Cracked black pepper spice, piney juniper and generous smoothing angelica.

Aftertaste:

Clean cracked black pepper and green herbal notes.
