Review and Tasting

Sampled on 03/11/2013

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Honeyed with orange, honeysuckle, overripe pear, baked apple and pear drops. With water: buttery shortbread and creamy vanilla fudge emerge and baked apple notes are amplified.

Taste:

Light and fruity. Pear drops dominate with dark chocolate orange. Water brings out cinnamon spice and creamy but sharp baked apple.

Aftertaste:

Spicier on the medium length finish.
