Appearance:

(sample best before 08/Nov/14) Clear, deep golden with quickly dissipating off-white head leaving a mere ring of bubbles.

Aroma:

Pungent cooking apples with honey and floral notes.

Taste:

Medium dry with natural fruit sweetness balanced by fruit tannins and mild acidity.

Aftertaste:

Medium length fruity finish with lingering cleansing acidity.
