First bottled on Earth Day, Farmer's Organic Gin is based on a distillate made with organic flour from Minnesota and is flavoured with organic botanicals including: juniper, elderflower, lemongrass, coriander, angelica root, elderflower "and some secrets".

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Peppery alcohol dominates with pine, and light floral blossom. A splash of water amplifies the floral notes and reveals grilled red pepper-like aromas.

Taste:

Slight sweetness goes some way to tame brawny peppery alcohol with subdued juniper, floral rose and elderflower. Water seems to knock out much of the flavours but peppery spice and cooked bell pepper flavours remain all to evident.

Aftertaste:

More pepper with some pine and floral notes.
