Clear, straw yellow.
Aroma:
Seaside air with delicate yeast, grassy straw and grilled almond.
Taste:
Bone dry, bitter almond, thyme and maritime salt with high minerality and moderate acidity.
Aftertaste:
Salty and dry with thyme.
