Appearance:

Crystal clear with lively bubbles.

Aroma:

Lemongrass – a least lemony and not zesty lemon.

Taste:

Sherbety, lightly sweet with balancing citric acidity. Perhaps more grassy than lemony notes - not unpleasantly so.

Aftertaste:

Lemongrass, icing sugar and citric acidy.
