Nordic Brænderi is a boutique, family-owned and operated Danish distillery specialising in distilling Scandinavian fruits, berries, herbs and other plants to make eaux de vie. Nordic Brænderi uses a German still with Aroma column specially designed by Bernd Müller.
The artwork which adorn the labels of Nordic Brænderi products were painted by the distiller's daughter. Another personal touch is the handwritten code at the top of each back label. This indicates the batch number, bottling date and the bottle number out of the total number of bottles in that batch.

Appearance:
(Bot No. 035A-11-71/142) Clear, buttery golden yellow.
Aroma:
Fresh apple juice with cooked apple juice and cider.
Taste:
Superbly clean cooked apple with black pepper alcohol prickle.
Aftertaste:
Long finish with pronounced fresh apple and buttery marzipan (apple core).
