Review and Tasting

Sampled on 12/10/2014

Appearance:

White sleeved bottle. Clear, pale straw golden with lively small bubbles.

Aroma:

Overripe pear, elderflower and macadamia nuts with underlying plum, biscuity notes and white grapefruit zestiness.

Taste:

Rich honey balanced by zesty citrus and biscuity notes.

Aftertaste:

Chalk-minerality, lemon merengue with faint sweetness. Overall: A great choice for those after a citrusy off-dry, rather than bone dry champagne.
