Appearance:

(sample BBE Aug/17) Clear, coppery golden amber with moderately retentive thin white head.

Aroma:

Caramel and toasty malt with some apple juice, citrus and floral notes.

Taste:

Sweet caramel malt balanced by moderately bitter grassy hops. Pleasant nutty notes.

Aftertaste:

Lingering rooty bitterness with caramel.
