Appearance:

Clear, grassy green.

Aroma:

Minty freshly cut grass with faint anise.

Taste:

Peppermint leads and dominates with complex herbal and spice background flavours including clove, celery and anise.

Aftertaste:

Long minty finish with light lingering spice.

Overall:

A peppermint liqueur from France’s Basque region which is differentiated from green crème de menthe by its herbal and spice complexity.
