Distilled by the Tsililis family from the wine of Black Muscat grapes grown in vineyards of the Thessaly.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Cracked black pepper, rose water and raisin fruit. Faint nutty linseed oil, mint, not quite ripe watermelon, peach and citrus zest.

Taste:

Oily mouthfeel with cracked black pepper, white grape and apricot fruit, rose water, and faint nutty chamois leather.

Aftertaste:

Long finish balances black pepper, white grape fruit and oiliness. As the black pepper fades so very faint rose emerges.

Overall:

Grappa-like, very aromatic and well-balanced with black pepper, white grape fruit, rose water and smoothing oily mouthfeel.
