Launched in July 2011, Aspall Imperial Cyder is designed to sit at the top of the Aspall range and is based on an Aspall recipe dating back to 1921. The 90-year-old recipe calls for bittersweet apples with added muscovado sugar to create a dark golden cyder.

Aspall recommend serving Imperial Cyder as an accompaniment to food, especially with strong cheese, sausages and salads.
