Review and Tasting

Sampled on 14/03/2016

Appearance

(sample batch 01 bottled 2015) Crystal clear.

Aroma

Freshly baked brown bread, brazil nuts, pine, overripe banana and baked apple with faint black pepper and cinnamon.

Taste

Faintly sweet with a soft mouthfeel. Brown bread, Ryvita crispbread, brazil nuts, pine, dried (chewy rather than crispy) apple, with faint cracked black pepper spice, rosemary and cinnamon.

Aftertaste

Baked brown bread and pine with very light but invigorating cracked black pepper spice.

Overall

Delightfully soft and bready with nutty angelica root, pine needle freshness and underlying herbal complexity.
