Review and Tasting

Sampled on 18/04/2016

Appearance:

(sample bottle best before 12/Jan/17) Pale to mid-golden amber with thin quickly diminishing white head. Packaged in a clear bottle.

Aroma:

Soggy bread and cardboard with faint pine and citrus.

Taste:

Very light body with a bland flavour. White bread, faint citrus and floral notes.

Aftertaste:

Mildly bitter hops show on a light white bready finish.

Overall:

Arguably a beer is not a beer without alcohol. It certainly seems challenging to make an alcohol-free beer that tastes good. This is another valiant but disappointing attempt from Barcelona.
