Review and Tasting

Sampled on 20/04/2016

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Light honey, freshly milled buttery wheat with faint charcoal and white pepper.

Taste:

Light-bodied, buttery vanilla, faint chocolate and black pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Lingering buttery popcorn and mild peppery spice.

Overall:

Light in colour, body and some would argue flavour, this grain whisky has subtle notes of light honey, buttery wheat, chocolate and popcorn. The over £30 price point seems a tad punchy for this liquid and packaging.
