Part of Bacardi’s Facundo Collection, named after founder Don Facundo Bacardi Masso, Exquisito (meaning to be free) is a blend of rums aged 7 to 23 years in American oak barrels, and then matured for a final period in ex-sherry casks.

Appearance:

Clear, deep coppery amber.

Aroma:

Cinnamon, plump raisin and blackened fruit cake with brown sugar, vanilla, chamois leather, banana cake, cherry and black pepper.

Taste:

Madeira, soft new leather, vanilla, blackened fruit cake, brown sugar, maple and oak, cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Raisin, chocolate, vanilla and Christmas spice with faint clove.

Overall:

Rich and rounded. Madeira, vanilla, blackened fruit cake and brown sugar balanced and enlivened with Christmassy spiced oak.
