Appearance:

Clear, pale greeny-yellow.

Aroma:

Pear, dried grass and faint peach.

Taste:

Dry but not bone dry. Apple and pear with light herbal grassiness and faint spiced oak complexity.

Aftertaste:

Oak influence is more apparent on the dry refreshing finish.

Overall:

Dry, with apple, pear and light herbal grassiness made more rewarding and complex but very subtle lightly spiced oak garnish.
