Appearance:
Clear, deep golden/bronze.
Aroma:
Pungent gingerbread biscuit, ginger cake and root ginger.
Taste:
Burnt ginger cake with fresh root ginger spice and pronounced bitterness.
Aftertaste:
Very long lingering bitterness and burnt ginger cake.
Overall:
A few drops of Bob's Ginger Bitters go a long way. Use to add ginger complexity to a wide range of cocktails and even simple Highballs such as Scotch & Ginger.
