Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Very aromatic. Pine fresh juniper, cooked zesty lemon, lemongrass and black tea leaves.

Taste:

Bone dry black tea tannins, piney juniper, zesty lemon and light sweet parma violet.

Aftertaste:

Black tea, piney juniper and zesty lemon.

Overall:

Attractive black tea tannins dry this very dry and aromatic Cornish gin which has subtle floral parma violet notes.
