Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Piney juniper, cinnamon, chewing gum (Cassia bark) and nutty wood (Angelica root) with oregano, zesty grapefruit and faint clove. This gin does not have a cork stopper but has a faint corked aroma.

Taste:

Dry, juniper forward classic dry gin with generous woody and nutty angelica root. Faint underlying earthiness (in a good way – think old world wine).

Aftertaste:

Piney and dry with lingering woody, earthy corked not.

Overall:

An attractive and distinctive Royal blue bottle with a natty wooden screw cap contains a dry, juniper forward classically styled London dry gin that is distinguished by a nutty and earthy note.
