Adnams Rising Sun Gin is based on malt spirit made using rye grown by Jonathan Adnams at his farm in Reydon, close to Adnam’s distillery. Distilled with botanicals, including Japanese macha tea, lemongrass, juniper berries, orange peel, ginger, grains of paradise, cubeb and angelica.

Adnams say, “Rising Sun Gin is refreshing and full of natural aromatic flavours, best served with a good tonic and garnished with ginger and lime zest.”

Launched in August 2016.
