Appearance:

(sample bottle BBE Jul/19) Clear, deep brown (almost opaque) with thin ring of beige foam from carbonation.

Aroma:

Sarsaparilla and cola cubes with faint floral and smoky aromas.

Taste:

Light to moderate carbonation. Classic cola but with fruity floral notes and subtle oak smoke notes.

Aftertaste:

More smokiness comes through in the vanilla influenced finish.

Overall:

Lower in calories than many other colas but fully flavoured and differentiated by subtle oak smoke and delicate fruity floral notes.
