Malts: Maris Otter, Vienna, Crystal, Amber
Hops: Northdown, Bramling Cross, Sussex grown Cascade.

Sampled on 19/11/2018

Appearance:

(sample bottle best before 03/Mar/19) Hazy, deep amber with thin white head.

Aroma:

Brown bread, figs, caramel and Jaffa Cake.

Taste:

Medium-bodied. Thick tasty crust brown bread with citrusy hops.

Aftertaste:

Toasty brown bread and marmalade.

Overall:

Toasty bready malt with well-balanced citrusy hops.
